The advantages and disadvantages of being a vegetarian

 

Being a vegetarian can have advantages and disadvantages.

On the one hand, you are thinner eating vegetables and you haven’t problems with your weight. Moreover you are ecologist and don’t kill animals.

On the other hand, you have lack of proteins and aren’t so energetic. Furthermore, if you live in cold areas meet and fish are absolutely necessary for to valance your body temperature.

In a nut shell, from my point of view to be absolutely vegetarian is really a vital problem because there is a lot of lackness if you follow an exclusive vegetarian diet.
